Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1–3 years of banking experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Aufgaben

• Greets customers and assists with their needs.
• Performs daily teller tasks including deposits and payments.
• Opens and processes new accounts (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, HSAs).
• Identifies customer needs and cross-sells bank products.
• Researches inquiries and quotes products and rates.
• Administers IRAs and handles loan paperwork with proper licensing.
