Job summary

Seacoast National Bank is seeking a customer-focused banking associate at our Belleair Bluffs branch to assist customers with both deposits and lending information. You will build rapport, assess financial goals, and connect clients with suitable Seacoast products.

The role requires cash handling experience, excellent communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends. You will work with team members to maintain high service standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 12 months cash handling experience required.
• Minimum of 12 months previous experience in retail sales and/or financial services experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule required with ability to work during hours of operations, including weekends.
• Demonstrate excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit consistent relationship building with customers and match needs to Seacoast Bank products and services.
• Prepare for various customer interactions and explain products confidently.
• Ask for referrals from new and existing customers and enroll customers in self-service processes.
• Balance business needs with customer requests while managing risk to the bank.
• Oversee day to day branch operations and ensure compliance with AML/BSA and other requirements.
• Process checks and cash transactions following bank policies and procedures.
