Job summary

Seacoast National Bank is seeking a Customer Service Associate for our branch network. You will open and maintain accounts, process cash and checks, and support daily banking operations while upholding policy and security standards.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 6 months cash handling experience required.
College degree or 1+ years in retail sales and/or financial services experience required.
Flexible schedule with weekend availability.
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and take initiative.
Proficient with PC and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Open and process accounts, maintenance, checks, cash, and negotiable instrument transactions per policy.
Ensure branch AML/BSA compliance, audit procedures, and security measures.
Review and adhere to branch procedures; address audit deficiencies.
Balance cash drawer daily and maintain accuracy.
Respond to management and resolve customer objections to preserve relationships.
Follow Code of Conduct and safety procedures.
