Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months cash handling experience preferred.

• Flexibility to work weekends and occasional extended hours.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Process checks, cash and sale of negotiable instrument transactions following bank policies.
• Ensure branch complies with AML/BSA requirements and audit procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Balance cash drawer daily and maintain accuracy.
• Follow management directions to resolve objections and protect customer relationships.
• Adhere to Seacoast Bank's Code of Conduct and safety protocols.
• Oversee day-to-day branch operations including vault/ATM duties.
• Maintain audit/compliance documents and respond to regulatory requirements.
