You will educate clients on digital banking tools and work within the Integrated Relationship Management framework to tailor solutions for accounts and services. Expect routine training, adherence to internal controls, and potential travel for staffing needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller, cash handling, or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multitask under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office).
• Travel as needed for temporary staffing or locale changes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely and accurate client transactions with thorough record-keeping.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs.
• Understand and apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) practices.
• Stay informed of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Participate in branch leadership routines and training.
