Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation in Houston seeks a Regular full-time teller/client service associate to provide timely, accurate client transactions and exceptional service. You will promote digital solutions, assist with outbound calls, and support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 2 years in teller or client service, strong communication, and ability to multi-task.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs and occasional shifts.

Responsibilities

Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversations and accurate handling of transactions.
Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs and online/mobile banking.
Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying needs or opportunities.
Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
Participate in the Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
Attend training and product knowledge sessions to advance knowledge.
Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution.
