Santander Bank, N.A. in Brookfield, CT seeks a Relationship Banker II to service banking center customers and drive sales, service and operations goals. You will process typical financial transactions and leverage needs-based conversations to expand client relationships.

Strong communication and active listening are essential to understand customer needs, while coaching teammates and supporting branch initiatives to grow profitability. Flexible/rotating schedule may apply.

Formación

• 3-4 years customer service and needs-based banking sales experience preferred
• 0-2 years supervisory experience preferred
• Demonstrated success in leading, coaching, and motivating
• Working knowledge of banking products and services

Responsabilidades

• Responds to customers' needs with accurate and timely service
• Evaluates client needs and offers appropriate financial products through needs-based conversations
• Perform routine teller transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, etc.)
• Support segmentation strategy to grow branch profitability
• Aim to achieve/exceed individual and team goals in sales, service and operations
• Maintain compliance with regulations and bank policies; support audits
• Assist with supervision and onboarding of bankers
