Job summary

Saco & Biddeford Savings Institution is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the Branch Management Team and provide expert knowledge of consumer and business deposit products. You will cultivate relationships, coach staff, and oversee branch operations including account openings, changes, and customer issue resolution.

Qualifications

High school graduate or equivalent required; college, business or banking professional training helpful.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Provides professional, courteous and efficient service to all internal and external customers.
Makes referrals benefiting our customers to our business partners.
Assists customers in opening accounts and detailing deposit products and services.
Maintains knowledge of consumer and business deposit products including IRAs and HSAs.
Oversees branch operations and may supervise staff in the absence of other management.
Performs miscellaneous duties or special assignments as required.
