Job summary

Nuvision Federal Credit Union MSB - Brentwood is seeking a Relationship Specialist II to support members in-branch or by phone. You will open accounts, process loans, handle cash and card services, and refer Mortgage, Investments and Autoland products to meet member goals.

The role emphasizes exceptional member service, confidentiality, and teamwork to drive branch success and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a similar position and prior loan experience and reaching service and performance goals.
• Knowledge of Federal, State and NCUA regulations including BSA, Reg CC, Reg D and Reg E.
• Notary preferred and familiarity with deposit products and services.

Responsibilities

• Consults with members, identifies needs, offers solutions and follows up on transactions.
• Open new accounts, process loans, and handle cash and card services in person or by phone.
• Maintain branch balance and ensure accurate processing of member transactions.
• Promote Mortgage, Investments and Autoland products when appropriate.
