Nuvision Federal Credit Union seeks an experienced RM II to consult with members, identify needs, and refer suitable products. You will manage loan inputs and maintenance, with a focus on accuracy, timely completion, and customer satisfaction.

You will guide staff, monitor risk, and contribute to service excellence across member interactions. This role requires loan experience, strong product knowledge, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 18 months financial institution experience with prior loan experience and meeting service goals.
• Strong knowledge of deposit and loan products (trust, IRA, certificates, loans).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
• Genuine interest in helping members and a cooperative demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Consults with members, identifies needs, offers solutions, and follows up on pending transactions.
• Inputs, processes, and funds loan types and recommends other products as appropriate.
• Calls on reports to generate more business and supports leadership in staff mentoring.
• Opens new member accounts and performs essential maintenance and compliance duties.
• Maintains confidentiality and represents the credit union professionally.
