Nuvision Federal Credit Union is hiring a Relationship Specialist II to serve members in-person or by phone, guiding them to proper resolutions and handling transactions. The role combines concierge duties with lending support, account maintenance, and product referrals to meet service and revenue goals.

Under supervision, you will open new accounts, process loans, and assist with Mortgage, Investments, and Autoland referrals while maintaining confidentiality and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a similar position and loan experience; meeting service/performance goals
• Knowledge of Federal, State, and NCUA regulations including BSA, Reg CC, Reg D, Reg E
• Comprehensive knowledge of deposit products and services
• Working knowledge of loan products and system(s)
• Proven ability to garner business
• Empathetic and caring by Conversations that Matter
• Capable of working under pressure with interruptions
• Proficient using PC and Microsoft apps including Outlook, Word, Excel

Responsibilities

• Consults with members, identifies needs, offers solutions, and follows up in person or by phone
• Escorts members to destinations, handles funds, opens accounts, and originates loans
• Maintains accounts, issues/re-pins ATM/Debit Cards, updates info
• Recommends Mortgage, Investment, and Autoland products to members
• Ensures branch balances and reports suspicious activity
• Completes compliance training and participates in improvement activities
• Represents the Credit Union professionally and protects member confidentiality
