Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of applicable Federal, State and NCUA regulations.
• Proficient with PC and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Notary preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consults with members, identifies needs and offers solutions, in person or by phone.
• Opens new accounts/sub-shares, processes loans, and handles card services.
• Maintains accounts, issues cards, updates information, and processes disbursements.
• Recommends Mortgage, Investments and Autoland products to members.
• Ensures branch balance and reports suspicious activity.
• Completes training and compliance modules.
