Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a similar role with loan experience and meeting service goals
• Knowledge of Federal, State and NCUA regulations (BSA, Reg CC, Reg D, Reg E)
• Knowledge of deposit products and services
• Working knowledge of loan products and related systems
• Proven ability to generate business and build relationships
• Empathetic, customer-focused mindset and strong communication
• Proficient PC skills including Outlook, Word and Excel

Responsibilities

• Consult with members to identify needs, offer solutions, and follow up on transactions
• Escort members to destinations, handle deposits, openings and loan origination
• Maintain accounts and process changes (addresses, names, beneficiaries, cards)
• Refer Mortgage, Investments, and Autoland products when appropriate
• Ensure branch balance and report suspicious activity
• Complete required training and compliance modules
• Represent the credit union professionally and protect member data
