Job summary

Nuvision Federal Credit Union is hiring a Relationship Manager II to consult with members, identify needs, and refer suitable solutions. The role includes handling deposit and loan accounts, processing transactions, and advising on additional products and services to meet member goals.

The RM II will also coach staff, profile member accounts for personalized solutions, and assist with leadership duties in the absence of branch management, all while maintaining confidentiality and delivering

Qualifications

• 18 months financial institution experience with loan experience.
• Strong knowledge of deposit/loan products (Trust, IRA, certificates, loans).
• Proficiency in PC operations and Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Genuine interest in helping members through Conversations that Matter and an empathetic, caring nature.

Responsibilities

• Consults with members to identify needs, offers solutions, and follows up on pending transactions.
• Inputs, processes, and funds all consumer and small business loan types; recommends other products/services as appropriate.
• Calls on various call reports to garners more business.
• Opens and maintains member accounts including Savings, Checking, Money Market, IRA; completes required forms.
• Performs a wide variety of account maintenance tasks and supports leadership functions in the absence of branch management.
