Job summary

TD Bank in East Brunswick, NJ is seeking a customer service-focused associate to handle everyday banking and basic consumer accounts. You’ll guide clients through needs-based conversations, open or maintain accounts, and connect them with specialists as needed.

You will serve as the hospitality ambassador at the center, delivering accurate transactions while upholding risk and regulatory standards. Availability includes evenings and weekends as scheduled.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of client-facing experience preferred.
• Experience in teller or cash-handling in a financial setting is preferred.
• Must be available evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Must complete job-related training upon hire.
• Strong organizational skills for multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Notary license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage client flow and serve as first point of contact for inquiries and referrals.
• Deliver hospitality and a high-touch client experience at the financial center.
• Educate clients on banking products and digital capabilities to support financial well-being.
• Schedule appointments for consumer account needs and deepen opportunities with clients.
• Balance client needs with policy adherence and risk awareness.
• Collaborate with team to ensure accurate, efficient everyday banking.
