TD Bank in Cherry Hill, NJ seeks a part-time Banking Associate to deliver everyday banking with a relationship-driven approach. You will be the first point of contact for clients, handle transactions, and open or maintain basic consumer accounts while upholding TD's risk and regulatory standards.

You will engage customers, identify needs, refer to specialists, and contribute to a high-touch client experience in a fast-paced retail setting.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years demonstrated experience working with clients.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client facing/financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours to include evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Ability to complete required job-related training upon hire.
• Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to be concise, clear and consistent.
• Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to schedule and prioritize work.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within deadlines.
• Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by effectively managing client flow (in-person and phone).
• Serves as a hospitality ambassador for the financial center, delivering consistent client experiences.
• Creates personalized, client-first interactions that build trust.
• Proactively educates clients on banking products and digital capabilities to enhance convenience.
• Engages clients through proactive outreach and scheduling appointments for consumer account needs.
• Balances client needs with policy adherence and risk awareness.
