Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately on teller line or platform.
• Provide education and advice on TD products and services.
• Build trust with customers through educational content and proactive insights.
• Educate customers on banking products and refer to appropriate team members.
• Handle everyday banking transactions and account openings/closures.
• Assist customers with debit/credit card issues, mobile and online banking.
• Manage leads and appointments to deepen customer relationships.
