Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year demonstrated experience working with clients, including volunteering, education, or military experience.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client-facing/financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to complete required job-related training upon hire.
• Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to be concise, clear and consistent.
• Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to schedule and prioritize work.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within deadlines.
• Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Notary License preferred.

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by effectively managing client flow (in-person and phone).
• Serves as the hospitality ambassador for the financial center, delivering relationship-driven client experiences.
• Creates personalized, client-first interactions that establish trust from the initial engagement.
• Balances client needs with policy adherence and risk awareness to ensure compliant outcomes.
• Educates clients on banking products, services, and digital capabilities to enhance convenience.
• Connects clients to specialists as needed to achieve long-term financial goals.
