• Strong organization and communication skills; problem-solving ability.
• Notary license preferred.

• Creates personalized client-first interactions to build trust.
• Educates clients on banking products and digital capabilities; connect to specialists as needed.

• Balances client needs with risk awareness to ensure compliant outcomes.
