• Excellent communication skills with ability to be concise, clear and consistent.
• Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills; ability to schedule and prioritize work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by effectively managing client flow (in-person and phone).
• Serves as the hospitality ambassador for the financial center, delivering consistent, relationship-driven client experiences.
• Proactively educates clients on banking products, services, and digital capabilities to enhance convenience and save time.
• Identifies client needs and initiates referrals to specialists to deepen relationships.
• Completes required training and contributes to risk and compliance knowledge.
