Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a Regular Teller/Customer Service representative to provide timely, accurate transactions, educate clients on digital banking, and deliver a high-quality service experience.

You will support outbound outreach, help clients with IRM activities, and work to ensure compliance with internal controls while assisting with new accounts and problem resolution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller, cash handling, or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to use PC and branch automation software.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience through courteous conversations and accurate transactions.
• Educate clients on digital banking and self-service options.
• Participate in client outreach and identify client needs or opportunities.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
