Responsibilities

• Service, sell, and cross-sell deposit accounts, loan products, insurance, and cash management services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience following Trustmark's service standards.
• Safeguard assets and process transactions accurately (deposits, withdrawals, wires, credit card payments).
• Balance cash drawer daily and ensure documents are properly executed.
• Achieve sales and referral goals quarterly and convert service into sales.
• Make outreach calls to customers and prospects.
• Comply with bank policies and standards of performance.
