Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and make referrals through proactive sales/service efforts.
• Service, sell, and cross‑sell deposit accounts, loan products, insurance products, cash management services, etc.
• Safeguard the bank's assets and process transactions accurately (deposits and withdrawals, wire transfers, credit card transactions, loan payments).
• Maintain and balance a cash drawer; abundant cash handling is expected.
• Open, close, and maintain accounts.
• Meet sales and referral goals quarterly while providing excellent customer service.
• Make outreach calls to customers and/or prospects.
• Meet and greet the public professionally and uphold service standards.
• All work must be performed within bank guidelines, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
