Responsibilities

• Greet clients as hospitality ambassador and guide service flow.
• Perform accurate, everyday banking transactions and educate clients.
• Identify client needs and refer to appropriate product partners.
• Educate clients on banking products and digital channels.
• Escalate non-standard issues per policy.
