Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to complete required job-related training on hire.
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills: concise, clear, and consistent.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
• Ability to schedule and prioritize work; work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Notary license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by effectively managing client flow in-person and by phone, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and referring to suitable partners.
• Serves as a hospitality ambassador by delivering a consistent, relationship-driven client experience aligned to TD’s service strategy.
• Creates personalized, client-first interactions to build trust from first contact and strengthen ongoing relationships.
• Educates clients on banking products, services and digital capabilities to enhance convenience and well-being, connecting them to specialists when needed.
• Engages clients through proactive outreach, including scheduling appointments for consumer account needs and deepening opportunities.
• Balances client needs with policy adherence and risk awareness to ensure compliant outcomes.
• Advocates for clients with empathy and integrity, focusing on long-term relationships.
