Job summary

TD Bank in Edison, New Jersey is seeking a Customer Service / Teller role focused on delivering everyday banking services with accuracy and care. You will engage clients, opening and maintaining accounts and guiding them to digital tools while upholding TD's risk standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and 1+ years of client experience; teller or cash-handling background is a plus. Evening/weekend availability and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, 1+ years' client-facing experience preferred.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a financial institution is a plus.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Strong organization and communication skills, ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and referrals.
• Deliver accurate, efficient everyday banking transactions and account maintenance.
• Educate clients on banking products and digital capabilities to enhance convenience.
• Identify client needs and connect them to appropriate specialists.
• Ensure compliance with policies and risk standards in daily activities.
