Job summary

TD in Clementon, New Jersey is seeking a customer service–oriented associate to serve as the first point of contact for clients. You will guide in-person and phone inquiries, process everyday banking transactions, and refer clients to appropriate partners to support their financial goals.

The role emphasizes accurate service, clear communication, and adherence to risk standards. Evening/weekend availability and a high school diploma or GED are required; notary license is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year demonstrated experience working with clients, including volunteering, education, or military experience.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client-facing/financial institution is preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for clients, guiding traffic flow and delivering a high-touch client experience.
• Handle everyday banking transactions accurately and efficiently while deepening relationships.
• Educate clients on products and digital tools, referring to partners as needed to reach goals.
• Demonstrate knowledge of basic banking products to evaluate and recommend solutions.
• Execute a broad range of client transactions within established financial limits.
