Qualifications

• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client-facing financial institution preferred
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled
• Strong organizational and communication skills with good problem-solving ability
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Deliver everyday banking transactions and assist with basic consumer account opening/maintenance
• Serve as hospitality ambassador at the location and guide client flow
• Identify client needs and refer to appropriate specialists to deepen relationships
• Educate clients on banking products and digital capabilities to improve convenience and well-being
• Handle inbound/outbound client outreach and appointment scheduling
• Maintain policy compliance and risk awareness in all client interactions
