Job summary

TD is seeking a client-focused associate to greet clients, guide visits, and deliver high-quality service at the Wall Township financial center. You will perform everyday banking tasks, educate clients on products, and refer opportunities to partners to support financial goals.

The role emphasizes accuracy, strong communication, and adherence to risk and regulatory standards. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required as scheduled.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience working with clients or volunteers, education or military experience acceptable.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client-facing setting preferred.
• Ability to work during evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Act as the hospitality ambassador, guiding client flow and delivering a high-touch experience.
• Process everyday banking transactions accurately and efficiently while identifying needs and referring to partners.
• Educate clients on products and self-serve options, recommending solutions for routine transactions.
• Handle client inquiries with professionalism and escalate non-standard issues as needed.
