The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a year of client-facing experience, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is a plus.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year demonstrated experience working with clients (volunteering, education, military experience acceptable).
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client facing/financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours to include evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Acts as the first point of contact for clients, guiding traffic and delivering a high-touch client experience.
• Processes everyday banking transactions accurately and efficiently while deepening client relationships.
• Educates clients on products and self-serve solutions and refers to specialists as needed.
• Demonstrates knowledge of basic banking products to evaluate and recommend solutions.
• Handles a broad range of client transactions within established financial limits.
• Escalates non-standard issues and adheres to risk and regulatory requirements.
