Job summary

TD Bank is seeking a customer-focused Banking Associate in Freehold, NJ to deliver everyday banking and consumer product support. You will build meaningful client relationships, handle transactions accurately, and refer clients to specialists as needed to meet financial goals. Strong communication and multi-tasking are essential.

You will work approx. 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends, with opportunities for growth and skill development within personal & commercial banking.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of client-facing experience, including volunteering, education, or military service.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong organizational skills and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage client flow and inquiries, serving as first point of contact.
• Deliver hospitality-focused client experiences and referrals to partners.
• Educate clients on banking products and digital capabilities to improve convenience and well-being.
• Support compliance by following policies and escalating issues when needed.
