Job summary

TD Bank in Ewing, New Jersey is seeking a Client Service Associate to deliver everyday banking and support consumer product needs. As the first point of contact, you will guide clients through transactions, educate them on options, and refer them to specialists to help achieve financial goals.

You will be part of a hospitality-driven team, handling client flow with accuracy and a high level of service while adhering to TD’s risk and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years demonstrated experience working with clients (volunteering, education or military experience accepted).
• Cash-handling experience in a client-facing environment preferred.
• Ability to work during evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage client flow and serve as first point of contact for inquiries and referrals.
• Deliver accurate everyday banking transactions and educate clients on options.
• Identify client needs and connect them with appropriate TD partners.
• Maintain compliance with TD risk and regulatory standards.
• Support a high-touch, hospitality-driven client experience at the banking center.
• Collaborate with team to achieve positive outcomes and deadlines.
