Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby flow, and scheduling meetings.
• Exceed expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts in compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and self-service tools like mobile app, online banking, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, showing empathy, and sharing product knowledge with the team.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling in line with bank policies.
