Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service to clients entering the branch.
• Exceed client expectations by account servicing, maintenance and opening new accounts while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology self-service options like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help clients meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling and equipment management in line with policies.
