Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience working with clients (volunteering, education, military experience count).
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client-facing/financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Notary license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall client experience by effectively handling client flow (in-person and phone) and referrals.
• Serve as a hospitality ambassador delivering consistent, relationship-driven client experiences.
• Educate clients on banking products, services and digital capabilities to enhance convenience and wellbeing.
• Schedule appointments for consumer account needs and deepen opportunities.
• Identify client needs and initiate referrals to specialists for long-term goals.
• Adhere to policy and risk controls to ensure compliant outcomes.
