Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years demonstrated experience working with clients (volunteering, education, military experience Teller or cash-handling in a client-facing/financial institution preferred).
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to be concise, clear and consistent.
• Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to schedule and prioritize work.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within deadlines.
• Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Notary License preferred.

• Serves as a hospitality ambassador, delivering consistent, relationship-driven client experiences.
• Creates personalized client interactions that build trust from first engagement.

• Engages clients through proactive outreach and scheduling appointments for consumer account needs.
• Balances client needs with policy adherence and risk awareness to ensure compliant outcomes.
• Acts as an escalation point as needed.
