Job summary

TD is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Augusta, Maine to deliver everyday banking and consumer product support. You will greet clients, process transactions accurately, and connect customers with the right TD partners to meet financial goals.

You will work as a trusted part of the team, handling high-touch customer interactions with clarity and empathy while adhering to TD’s risk and regulatory standards. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years of experience working with clients or in a client-facing role is preferred.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a financial institution is preferred.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates client experience by managing client flow and referrals to partners.
• Acts as hospitality ambassador delivering relationship-driven client experiences.
• Educates clients on banking products and digital capabilities to enhance convenience.
• Identifies client needs and initiates referrals to specialists to meet financial goals.
• Performs a broad range of client transactions within established limits.
• Escalates non-standard issues and ensures policy adherence.
