Job summary

TD Bank is seeking a customer service–oriented associate in Augusta, Maine, to serve as the hospitality ambassador at the banking center. You will guide client traffic, complete everyday banking transactions, and deepen relationships by identifying needs and offering appropriate solutions.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and about 1 year of client-facing experience. Evening/weekend availability and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year demonstrated experience working with clients (volunteering, education, military can count).
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client-facing/financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong organization and communication skills; ability to schedule and prioritize work.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients and guide traffic flow.
• Deliver accurate, everyday banking transactions and deepen relationships.
• Educate clients on banking products and self-serve solutions.
• Identify client needs and refer to appropriate partners to help achieve goals.
• Handle routine client inquiries and escalate non-standard issues as needed.
