Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus at least 1 year of customer service and sales in banking or related field.
• Background check with fingerprinting per NMLS regulations.
• Commitment to customer service and accuracy in sales and operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Grow relationships via appointments, partnerships, and referrals.
• Educate customers about additional banking products.
• Guide customers on using online, mobile, and ATM banking.
• Maintain knowledge of products, technology, and policies.
• Adhere to operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
