Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of customer service and/or banking experience.
• Ability to attend a 5-7 day initial training program with travel/reimbursement covered.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, professional, and personalized customer experience during every interaction.
• Build trust by actively listening and understanding customer needs.
• Process everyday banking transactions and routine inquiries accurately including opening/closing accounts and initiating wires.
• Assist customers with issues and coordinate with internal partners for timely resolution.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options.
