Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industry with proven client growth.

• Strong communication skills for in-person and phone conversations.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and compliance.
• Must meet risk and regulatory training requirements and licensing timelines.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a branch setting.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them regularly to deepen relationships.
• Understand financial needs and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Explain technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com to clients.
• Learn products quickly and connect clients with specialists for complex needs.
• Adhere to bank policies and regulatory requirements.
