Job summary

Citizens Bankers in Michigan seeks an outgoing individual who enjoys helping customers and building lasting relationships. You’ll provide trusted advice on spending, saving, borrowing and investing, while guiding clients toward digital banking solutions.

You will work with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking partners to address complex needs, make outbound calls, and schedule financial checkups as part of the role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience, meeting or exceeding goals.
• Ability to identify needs and strengthen customer relationships.
• Experience with digital banking tools and privacy/compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions across spending, saving, borrowing and investing.
• Get to know customers' goals and tailor solutions to help achieve them.
• Introduce customers to digital and mobile banking channels and app-based transactions.
• Collaborate with partners for more complex needs and schedule financial checkups.
