Job summary

Arvest Bank in Little Rock is seeking a Relationship Banker to drive product sales and provide exceptional customer service at the Chenal Pkwy location. You’ll develop new relationships and offer appropriate products to meet customers' financial needs, with levels from entry to leadership as you progress.

The role emphasizes training, mentorship, and progression from Level 1 to Level 3, with potential advancement into leadership after demonstrated proficiency and compliance with bank policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current NMLS SAFE Act Registration or the ability to be registered within 30 days.
• Demonstrated sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Financial service provider experience preferred.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to achieving branch sales goals through a consultative sales approach and referrals.
• Proactively make outbound calls to generate sales and strengthen customer relationships.
• Identify opportunities to sell consumer loans and facilitate loan closings with underwriting.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, greet customers, and resolve issues per procedures.
• Opens and processes simple to complex deposit accounts and explains digital services.
• Maintains knowledge of products to cross-sell and meet customer needs.
• Participate in branch promotions and marketing initiatives as directed.
• Understand and comply with bank policies and BSA/AML requirements.
