Responsibilities

• Contribute to achieving branch sales goals through a consultative sales approach and refer qualified customers to specialized sales forces.
• Proactively make outbound calls to generate sales and strengthen customer relationships.
• Identify opportunities to sell consumer loans and facilitate loan closings with underwriting.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers and addressing questions and concerns.
• Open and process deposit accounts and assist with day-to-day banking needs.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services, including digital options, to meet customer needs.
