Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking an Associate Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch to welcome clients and provide attentive service using the latest banking technology. You will help address financial needs and enhance the client experience.

You will meet clients in person or by phone, educating them on Chase Mobile App and online solutions while collaborating with our team of experts to meet their financial goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and maintain risk/compliance.
• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
• Communicate clearly to understand clients’ needs and tailor solutions.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Meet with clients, in person or by phone, to build relationships and advise on banking solutions.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions and coordinate with specialists.
• Perform branch operations in line with policies and procedures.
