Responsibilities

• Contribute to achieving branch sales goals through a consultative sales approach with new and existing customers, following the sales process defined in the CFB Retail Sales Playbook.
• Proactively make outbound calls to generate sales and strengthen customer relationships.
• Identify opportunities to sell consumer loans and facilitate loan closings with underwriting.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers and addressing questions.
• Open and process simple to complex deposit accounts.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services including digital options and competitor offerings.
• Participate in branch promotions and marketing initiatives as directed.
• Understand and comply with bank policies, laws, and the BSA/AML program.
