Job summary

Arvest Bank in Norman, OK is seeking a Relationship Banker to drive product sales and provide exceptional customer service. The role develops new customer relationships and advises on suitable financial solutions, with progression through three levels and potential for leadership.

The position requires Monday–Thursday 8:30–5:15 and Friday 8:30–6:15, plus Saturday shifts. Bilingual Spanish/English applicants are encouraged to apply and growth opportunities exist within the bank.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current NMLS SAFE Act Registration or the ability to be registered within 30 days required.
• Demonstrated sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Financial service provider experience preferred.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to achieving branch sales goals through a consultative sales approach with new and existing customers, following the sales process defined in the CFB Retail Sales Playbook.
• Proactively make outbound calls to generate sales to strengthen further the customer relationship and/or begin customer relationships.
• Identify opportunities to sell consumer loans, accept consumer loan applications and facilitate loan closings.
• Deliver consistent, exceptional customer service by acknowledging every customer promptly, greeting, and thanking the customer.
• Opens and processes simple, moderately, or highly complex deposit accounts.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services including digital services and delivery options.
