You will advise clients on banking products, use digital channels, and collaborate with specialists to address complex financial needs, while complying with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements.
• All unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses through JPMC's licensing program within 180 days of hire.
• Completion of required training; ability to work within risk parameters and comply with regulatory obligations.
• National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration may be required; compliance with SAFE Act.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect to specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
