Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Excellent communication skills in person and by phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Work within established risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree or GED or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses required; licenses must be obtained within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to build lasting relationships.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients.
• Educate clients to use technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products, services, and procedures and coordinate with experts for specialized needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
