Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking a personable Banker who will be the face of the branch, building lasting relationships with customers by offering trusted financial guidance. You will listen to needs, provide tailored solutions, and help with spending, saving, borrowing and investing.

You’ll encourage digital banking, collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking teams, and make outbound calls to recruit new customers and schedule checkups, while following all policies and cash

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience with goal attainment.
• Ability to ask questions and identify customer needs.
• Proven success in building relationships and cross-selling.
• Proficient with digital technology to support business goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide trusted financial advice to customers.
• Recommend tailored financial solutions for spending, saving, borrowing and investing.
• Introduce customers to digital banking and mobile app usage.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking teams.
